The studio is equipped with:

a bed for 1 or two persons
a shower, wc and sink
a mini-bar, a kettle and French coffee machine, micro-wave, toaster, cutlery and glasses
a desk corner, TV HD and Wi-Fi
Heating (from October to May) and hot water (permanent) operated by the building facility services.
Hair dryer
All the linen is included as well as toilet paper, soap and tissues

The bedroom overlooks the internal garden is located on the first floor and is serviced by an elevator.

The residence is under code surveillance and a concierge is available daily.

The residence is at walking distance from Eiffel tower, Trocadero square, Champs Elysées and Place de l’étoile. The nearest métro station is “Trocadero” main line direct to the Opera district and big department stores (Grands magasins).

Prices Paris

The price is 350 Euros per week payable 30 days in advance (a down payment of 30% is requested at reservation if made earlier then 30 days). Arrivals are from Friday 2 p.m. until following Friday 11 a.m.

Possibility of short stay with a minimum stay of 3 nights at a minimum price of 250 Euros
Degressive prices are applicable for long stay upon demand

A deposit of € 150 will be requested with your payment and will be returned in full one week after your departure by bank transfer if there are no damages to the Studio.

Late check in and check out (before 8 am or after 8 pm) will be charged each an extra 50 euros to be paid directly upon arrival or departure.

The rent includes cleaning at arrival, linen and towels are included and will be cleaned by us at departure however the room will have to be delivered as clean as upon your arrival. If you prefer to hire a cleaning service this can be arranged at 15 euros per hour. All facilities like electricity, heating, hot water, wi-fi etc.. are included in the price.

Telephone facility can be included upon request with free unlimited calls to many european destinations and some extra European countries. This is included in your rental fee. In this case the deposit will be returned back to you one month after your departure in case extra phone charges have been incurred (not included in the flat fee).
