Description Nice
The apartment is equipped with:
- a dining room for 4/6 persons
- a living room with the terrace with the view over the sea and the city
- a large open kitchen
- 1 bathroom and separate toilet
- 1 large bedroom with a 1.40 meters bed
- 1 small bedroom with a bed for 1 person or two persons (2×80),
- a 5th person can sleep comfortably on the three seater’s couch in the living room (210 meters long and 90 cm width).
The bedrooms overlook the swimming pool and the mountains.
Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with Air condition with remote control.
The residence is under electronic surveillance and a concierge is available daily to maintain the park and the swimming pool.
It is possible to park the car in the residence.
The residence is at walking distance from shops , restaurants and the tennis club of the Parc Imperial.
Prices Nice
Prices are intended per week and are payable in advance
From Saturday 3 p.m until following Saturday 12 p.m:
- Low season: October to April 2012, price €575 ,
- Middle season: May, June & September, price € 775
- High season: July & August, price € 975
A deposit of € 300 will be requested at reservation to be transferred with the final payment to cover for eventual damages to the flat. This deposit will be returned in full one week after your departure by transfer to your bank account.
The rent includes cleaning at arrival and bed set up, linen and towels are included and will be cleaned by us at departure.
Wi Fi, cable TV and DVD player are included.
Parking is possible in the residence at available spots if you require a closed private parking (a box) it is possible with an additional charge of 25 euros per week.
Music system and console for Ipod music included (bring your Ipod/Iphone)

Nice is located on the french Riviera activities are many throughout the year. Monaco and its casino as well as the Grand prix attracts many. The Cannes film festival and the Nice Jazz festival are worldwide famous.Culturaly this area has been hosting famous artists which you can discover in Nice with the Matiss museum and Chagal as well as the beautiful institut Magte in Saint-paul de Vence. This area offers a great nature with mountains and sea at close distance from each other. In winter skiing is possible at a one hour drive from Nice and in the summer you can enjoy the sea sports as well as trekking and mountain hiking.
