Esska is a new casual footwear brand making unique, high quality,and comfortable ladies footwear.

Souraya Karami, the designer behind Esska, originally trained and worked as an architect before studying footwear design at the renowned Cordwainers in London.It was not only her passion for shoes that led Souraya to this shift in career, but mainly the fact that she and her friends could not find the shoes they liked. Shoes that are comfortable, beautiful, feminine and not over designed. Shoes that they could wear day and night.

In June 2006 Esska was born. A brand targeted at the urban woman who mixes and matches the pieces in her wardrobe. A woman who is confident and in total harmony with herself. I believe in inner beauty and the concept of feeling good says Souraya, its the harmony with oneself that makes one look good. The Esska woman knows what she wants!

For Autumn Winter 07-08, Souraya has created a range of casual, fun, comfortable shoes and boots, made from high quality leathers, with chunky heels, natural rubber soles, on ergonomic round toed lasts. Sourayas style is clear and unique: organic silhouettes, cleanlines, and dominant shapes.
